In addition, Messer will join Bose McKinney &amp; Evans LLP as a partner at the law firm, where he will focus on serving clients in the business services, labor and employment, and financial services practice groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWith the ever-changing political landscape at the state and national level, having Luke join us will provide our clients with a tremendous competitive advantage,\u201d said&nbsp;Andrew Miller, managing principal for Bose Public Affairs Group. \u201cLuke\u2019s experience and understanding of the state and federal landscape will be a welcomed addition to our dynamic team.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Messer served in the Indiana House of Representatives from 2003 to 2006 when he represented House District 57. He then served three terms as the U.S. Congressman for Indiana\u2019s Sixth Congressional District from 2013 to 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was the chairman of the Republican Policy Committee for four years where he led hearings on Conservative Clean Energy Agenda; Women in the 21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;Century Workforce; Law Enforcement and the American Worker. Messer served on the House Committees on Financial Services; Education and the Workforce; Budget; and Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Messer earned a law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and a bachelor\u2019s degree in speech at Wabash College with the honors&nbsp;summa cum laude.
