At LifeScan, he was responsible for a finance team of over 40 and drove significant cost savings while optimizing investment in sales and marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Scott Braunstein, Chief Executive Officer of Marinus Pharmaceuticals, said Pfanstiel is a \u201cstellar leader\u201d who will be instrumental in positioning the company for its next phase of growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c(Pfanstiel) brings skills and seasoned expertise that will prove invaluable as we build our organization and prepare for potential commercial launch,\u201d Braunstein said in a news release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pfanstiel majored in physics at Wabash College and was a member of Delta Tau Delta.
