The annual selections are made using a rigorous multi-phased process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reimondo, a partner in the law firm of Capper Tulley &amp; Reimondo, majored in political science and was a member of Phi Delta Theta while at Wabash College.
