Brian Boone

The Foundation for Sustainable Care (formerly known as the GCC Foundation) recently announced that Brian Boone ’83 has been selected as its new executive director.

“We believe God answered our prayers in this whole transition process and we are thrilled to have Brian stepping into the role of Executive Director of the Foundation for Sustainable Care,” Greg Guevara, Chairman of the Foundation Board of Directors, said in a news release.

Boone is a life-long Hamilton County resident who has served the Central Indiana church and nonprofit community for most of his career and has held several key leadership roles throughout the community.

He was the senior pastor of Faith Church from 1994-2003, which happens to be the church that planted Grace Church in 1991.Boone served as CEO of Life Centers, a network of pregnancy resource centers in Indiana, from 2007-2012. He has also held several pastoral roles and development/fundraising positions during his career.

Boone takes over the executive director role from Keith Carlson, who has served in that role since July 2019.

“I’m so grateful for the Lord’s call to serve with the Foundation for Sustainable Care,” Boone said, “by advancing the ministry and mission of the Grace Care Center.”

While at Wabash, Boone majored in religion. He was an independent, and a member of the Glee Club, Speakers Bureau, and worked at WNDY Radio Station.
