Josh Thompson ’00 was named head football coach at North Montgomery High School. Josh has been defensive coordinator for the past 10 years at North Mont. Josh succeeds coach Charley German ’70, who retired after 25 years as head coach.
Josh is also the head boys track and field coach. He is a 1996 grad of Southmont High School. After Wabash, he taught Mathematics at North Mont, and became defensive coordinator. Click here to read the news release.
Dr. Richard B. Gunderman ’83 has been named Chancellor’s Professor, the most notable appointment a faculty member can achieve at IUPUI.
The honor recognizes senior faculty members who display a record of extensive accomplishment and leadership in teaching, research and campus/professional service. Among his many roles and titles, Dr. Gunderman is a noted expert on ethics and teaches ethics courses for the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Mike Crnkovich ’93 and Chris Whitfield ’88 will be inducted as players and Bob Rogers ’51 as special contributor into the 2014 Montgomery County Basketball Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony will be held on May 10 at 1:00 pm at the Athena Center in Crawfordsville. The event is free and is open to the public.
Adam Boushie ’00 was part of a panel discussion offered by the Colorado University-Denver MBA program. The panel talked about their careers after MBA, comparing where they are today with their plans and goals as they entered the MBA program.
Adam is an Enterprise Territory Manager at Google, which means he helps large organizations implement Google’s technology. Adam and his wife are also small business owners of a coffee shop called Little Monkey Bizness.
