Real Work, Real World

Nine students reflect on internships—in fields ranging from auto manufacturing to marine biology to marketing to cancer research—in the latest issue of Wabash Magazine.

In the photo above, Seine Yumnam ’17 stands on the Wabash mall beside a BMW X5, a vehicle he did quality control work on during his internship with P3 North American last summer.

Seine calls the experience “a milestone skill development opportunity.

“I have acquired significant knowledge of how to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs and problems, and offer solutions.”

We’re posting online extras for the new edition of the magazine over the next few days, but right now you can read the entire issue online here. Or read about the student experiences this summer in “Internships Are ‘Mind-Opening Milestones.'”
