Attorney General Jeff Sessions has appointed Josh Minkler one of nine new U.S. Attorneys to serve a two-year term on the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee of U.S. Attorneys (AGAC). AGAC was created in 1973 and reports to the Attorney General through the Deputy Attorney General. AGAC represents the U.S. Attorneys and provides advice and counsel to the Attorney General on matters of policy, procedure, and management impacting the Offices of the U.S. Attorneys.

 The Senate confirmed Josh to be the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana in October 2017.
