Sun King Brewery is five years old! From a March 2014 Sun King news release: “ It was only five years ago on July 1st that Sun King Brewing Company fired up their brew kettle and crafted their first batch of Fresh Local Beer, becoming the first full-scale production brewery in Indianapolis since 1948. In celebration of their fifth anniversary, Sun King will be hosting a party, aptly named SKB 5, on Saturday, June 28th Indianapolis, Ind. ”
