Pete Metzelaars ’82 was named tight end coach for San Diego Chargers today. Click here for the news release.
Pete was an Economics major at Wabash. In 1988 he was inducted into the Wabash College Athletics Hall of Fame as an All American in Football and Basketball, having competed on an undefeated football team while also helping lead the Little Giants’ basketball team to a NCAA Division-III national championship while at Wabash. In 2011, he was inducted into the Academic All-American Hall of Fame.
