Jeffrey W. Ferrand ’00 is now associate attorney at Leeuw Oberlies & Campbell PC in Indianapolis, where Jeff Oberlies ’83 is a founding partner of the firm.  Jeff Ferrand currently practices in all areas of civil defense, but focuses on litigating disputes relating to insurance coverage, insurance fraud, arson, and bad faith.

On November 14, Jeff presented a seminar discussing “Bad Faith and Extra-Contractual Liability Claims” at the 2013 National Business Institute’s Insurance Coverage Litigation in Indianapolis.

Postscript to the original blog on November 13:
Jeff received the prestigious Outstanding Achievement Award and the Dennis Nebergall Award at the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators (NSPII) conference on November 17.  The awards are presented for “outstanding achievement in the fight against fraudulent insurance claims.”

Jeff Ferrand was a Psychology major at Wabash, and then earned his JD from Indiana University School of Law.  Congratulations, Jeff!
