Timothy A. Brown ’87 has been a professor Religious Studies and Japanese Studies since joining the faculty of Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA in 2008. Last week, Tim was featured in R-M’s “Faculty Focus” – click here for the online article.
In addition to introducing students to various religions, including a favorite course, ”Religions and the Natural Environment,” Tim has also been active with a committee focused on integrating Japanese studies into R-M curricula.
After Wabash, Tim earned an MA at New York University, a MPhil at Syracuse University, and a Ph.D. at Syracuse University.
