George T. Patton Jr. ’84 has been named
to the Washington DC Super Lawyers® list for 2012. This listing will appear in the May 2012 issue of DC magazine and the Washington Post Magazine on Sunday, April 29.
George is a partner in the Litigation Group and a former chair of the Appellate Law Group at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP in the Washington D.C. office. He has taught Appellate Advocacy and Procedure at Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, written a book on Indiana Appellate Procedure published by West Group, authored a chapter in a book on appellate briefs, and published several law review articles on Indiana appellate procedure. His articles have been cited by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Indiana Supreme Court, and the Indiana Court of Appeals.
After Wabash, he received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington.
