This ranking is based on the number of local full time employee website developers on its staff. Kelly D. Pfledderer ’96 is President and CEO of Apparatus. Apparatus reports 24 local full time developers out of its 128 employees, who provide managed services, infrastructure optimization, portals and collaboration, united communications, business intelligence, and virtualization. Established in 1999, the Apparatus headquarters is located in Indianapolis.
