Lt. Brad Bishop ’96, with the Lafayette, IN Police Department, is putting himself out in the Lafayette community to offer its citizens an opportunity to sit down and talk about neighborhood safety, police issues, and other topics in a relaxed, informal setting – and enjoy a cup of coffee.
