Mike Raters ’85, Associate Dean of Students, is teaching a Freshman Tutorial this semester focusing on leadership. As a segment of that class, Mike invited some Wabash faculty and staff members, leaders themselves on campus, to discuss their thoughts on leadership. The panel discussed their thoughts on what defines a leader and reflected on their leadership opportunities as students at Wabash and in their current positions.
This class gave these young men a chance to learn from these talented Wabash community members who serve the College in distinctly different leadership roles.
