The law firm of Gallagher Sharp, In Cleveland, Ohio, announced that James T. Millican II, Wabash Class of 1964, has become Of Counsel.
Jim is a trial attorney who has defended public and private companies in toxic tort, products liability, and construction litigation for the past 40 years. He has also represented insurance carriers in matters involving insurance coverage, personal injury, wrongful death, employer intentional torts, and property damage.
Jim received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1967.
