So..it was the old Sigma Chi house…then independent housing…then the temporary home of the Phi Delts…then more independents…then GONE!
As you can see, construction has begun in earnest on the new, smaller version of the TKE house. The location is a prime one – the TKEs will be "back on campus" so to speak.
