James R. Pope, Wabash ’70, has joined Baker & Daniels LLP as of counsel in the law firm’s Downtown Indianapolis office. He practices in business litigation, focusing primarily on utility law.
Before joining Baker & Daniels, Pope spent more than 33 years as in-house counsel for Duke Energy, a Fortune 500 company, and its predecessor companies, Cinergy and PSI Energy, Inc.
Pope graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington in 1973 after earning his bachelor’s degree at Wabash College.
